Chadalin Skin & Laser opened it’s doors in June 2014. It’s owned and operated by Dr. Herman Venter and his wife, Linda Venter. A family run business through and through. Ever wondered what Chadalin means? When Linda and Dr. Venter were coming up with the name, it was only appropriate to incorporate their personal touch into the foundation. They have 3 beautiful boys – CHArel, DAwian and LINden. CHA-DA-LIN !
Dr. Venter is our very own on-site medical doctor with experience in this field since 2012. Dr. Venter is constantly adding new techniques to his treatment. He believes in enhancing the natural beauty of each client while healing the skin from the inside out. When it comes to injectables, he will begin with the least amount of product for a more natural appearance.
Our laser technicians are fully trained and certified to deliver the best treatments.

Meet the Team
Dr. Venter
As a family physician, Dr. Venter saw first hand the need for better skin health. In 2012 he discovered a great need for skin rejuvenating services in the area.He purchased his first laser and started treating different skin conditions in his medical clinic. Since then he has done extensive training in all cosmetic procedures from the best plastic and cosmetic surgeons and doctors in the world. With a passion for learning and an artistic eye, he has become a sought after doctor in British Columbia for all cosmetic procedures specializing in filler and neuromodulators (like Botox). In 2020 he received his Dermatology diploma from the University of Cardiff, Wales adding another depth to his knowledge and experience. With his natural, less is more approach, he is fast becoming a well known specialist in the field.
Linda
As a lifelong learner and entrepreneur, Linda rose to the challenge to open the first of its kind Skin and Laser clinic in Salmon arm. Through trials and tribulations she has built an incredible team. With compassion she was able to create an environment where true empathy and understanding of people are at the forefront of every decision. She believes in creating an environment of acceptance of all people regardless of beliefs, religion, sexual orientation or race. Every day she tries to live as close to her core values as possible: FAMILY, INTEGRITY AND TRUST.
Hailey
Hailey is a highly motivated professional with over 8 years experience in the aesthetics industry. Hailey’s focus is on increasing brand awareness, driving sales, digital marketing and event planning, such as our fabulous Birthday parties! In her current role as Marketing Manager at Chadalin Skin & Laser, Hailey enjoys educating and learning about this exciting and ever-growing industry.
Bridy
As our Office Manager Bridy oversees daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly including administration, customer service, and team performance. With over 15 years of MOA experience, she brings great knowledge to Chadalin. Bridy loves to educate and help clients build their confidence.
Riya
As a licensed Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician, Riya specializes in providing advanced skincare treatments that are tailored to her clients unique skin care needs. Whether you're looking for a rejuvenating facial, laser hair removal, or skin resurfacing, Riya’s goal is to help you achieve healthier, more radiant skin using the latest technology and proven techniques. She is here to help ensure you have the best experience and results possible!
